Housing4Students supports the new EU regulation on the processing of personal data that entered into force on 25 May 2018.

The purpose of the EU regulation is, among other things, to strengthen your rights by giving you control over the use ofyour personal data. Because you are a customer of Housing4Students, your personal information is registered with us, andwe are thus responsible for the processing of your personal data. All personal data is processed according to the Housing4Student's personal data policy, which you accept by creating a portal subscription and a waiting list subscription. The EU Regulation contains rules on the right to information and access to personal data, as well as the rules for correcting incorrect information and, in some cases, the right to restrict the processing of personal data.

As a result of the Personal Data Regulation, Housing4Students is updated so that these reflect your rights under the EU regulation.

The updated conditions apply from May 25, 2018. You are also welcome to contact Housing4Students if we are to send you apaper version, but as a customer of Housing4Students you can always access the information we have at you by log in to your private profile.
Cookies Cookies are a small program code that is stored on your computer so that your computer can remember you later. Large parts of housing4students.org are based on the use of cookies. You can delete these cookies at any time. If you have setyour browser to not accept cookies, www.housing4students.org cannot be used in full. Please see your browser manual for more information or the 'Help' feature of the browser to read more about these features. If you choose to decline cookies, you may not be able to fully use the electronic forms on the website.

In addition to the information you enter in connection with purchases, registration for newsletters and other services, Housing4Students uses cookies. Cookies are digital information packages that the website stores on your hard drive. The cookie used does not identify the individual user, but the user's terminal equipment, eg PC, mobile phone etc. A cookie is not a program and does not contain viruses.

Cookies are used to improve the website's service, for example by subscription services, where the system remembers youremail address when you want to change your subscription. The use of cookies does not impair your security when using thewebsite.

For each visit to the website - regardless of the presence of a cookie - we record the user's type of browser, the operating system, the host (host) and the URLs of the pages that are to be accessed. This data is used in a comprehensive andanonymous form for statistical analysis on the general use of the website. What is a cookie? Rejection of cookies You can always reject cookies on your computer by changing the settings in your browser. Where you find the settings depends on which browser you use. However, please note that if you do, there are many features and services that you cannotuse because they require the website to remember the choices you make. 

Deleting cookies Cookies that you have previously accepted can subsequently be easily deleted. If you use a PC with a newer browser, you can delete your cookies using the shortcut keys: CTRL + SHIFT + Delete

How to complain about the website's information about cookies The website is part of the Association for the Danish Internet Trading (FDIH) cookie mark, and if you as a user believe that the website does not comply with the cookie rules, you can therefore correct your complaint to FDIH.
